Microdeposits show the level of accumulation of the drug so while there may be some hints of toxicity I think it is significantly less than that of Amiodarone.

Agree that the microdeposits are an indication of accumulation. However I believe a bunch of the driving tox issues for A happen fairly quickly. But I'll have to get more data to be sure.
