Tbennett....thats all IYO.....not fact. The truth is the preferred could be converted at 1% a year for 100years or 100% can be coverted early next year. Why not expect the worst and hope for the best. Just like many here speculated that the OS was going to go down because the company was doing a buyback......you see how that went....those shares are going to insiders also.
I don't know what the big deal is but OS in IBOX is wrong and the information about the preferred is wrong.
