I don't see your point. Just because someone tells you something "should" happen, do you automatically expect that it is a guarantee? And do you believe that such things constitute, in your words, "fraud"?

If so, may I suggest investing in something a bit less risky than stocks, perhaps a CD?

I think I speak for many of the bulls here when I say Thank You for constantly attracting new investors by helping to keep us on the Top 15 list :-)

Yes the 'share structure will likely not change' Maybe the man speaks the truth, all depends of what the truth is. A/S is a much definite part of the share structure and I for one have 100% confidance that the A/S HAS NOT CHANGED.
So whats all the beef?

Lets talk more about what and how they are going to make all this money. Its what got me into this company in the first place.
$150,000,000 in revenue per year is the big one.
10-20% buy back of common shares,
The ability to obtain a $15,000,000 bridge loan,
The carrot being held in front of me about 5 aquisitions that are going to WOW the hell out of me as I pull this donkey cart forward.
Its easy to get myopia on the week to week, go back and stare at the 1year chart to get a warm and fuzzy picture of what you are investing in. Keep it simple stupid! All this minutia yall are churning in these post are sort of funny. Hell some of you guys sound like you've given Dean and his fly boys millions. And I know thats not the case. Maybe a few thousands at best. A few hundred fo shoe!
Its a cheap ass penny play and we all know it. If you have the big bucks in here risking it your an investor heading for a train wreck. You'd have your cash in Apple or Comeco mines, Hell not a sub penny play as this. All the big talk and questions that do not amount to anything in a pinky stock.

This Will be a .010 and below stock. simple. Even if its not yall better start playing it like its gonna be. It got there in August and looks to be heading that way since the beginnig of October.
The good thing is, it will all turn around and turn around fast.
