Where is the Document/PR from Terry M./CEO AMNE stating that the PowerHouse LOI/LOU/IOU/LOL fell through and specifically when did it occur?

You must also be aware of the fact that following the release of the PowerHouse PR, Terry M. /CEO AMNE dumped 125.0M pre split=625.0M post split free trading shares into the market. It happened in the week following the bogus PR.

Your correct about letters of intent concerning powerhouse.Actually it's old news over 7 months ago.Some old posters with personal negative agenda consistently post partial truths and bring up past without accurate information that concerns AMNE STOCK. Imo, a letter of intent provides both sides time for due diligence.The reality is both sides decided to walk away.Amne wanted proof upfront while the other party wanted cash up front.I would suggest all shareholders concentrate on present and future of AMNE.Let's just say I believe TERRY Mixon and current management is building legitimate company and some posters from old history do not believe.
