Take a % of what you have and comfortable with 20%,25% 30% to flip not the whole thing. if for some reason it goes the other way for you; you can jump back in without suffering to much of a loss. If your right you make out with some. I guess some day I will flip some, but not until we are in a much higher pps. Once at a higher pps it's all profit anyway.
