Shareholder Equity = approximately NEGATIVE $1.3 BILLION.


This figure is different than the common stock figure reported on the MOR/8-k , but those numbers are related.

Assets, Liabilities, Common Stock, Preferred Stock, and Shareholder Equity are reported the same way, regardless of whether or not a company is in bk, and/or regardless of whether or not TPG (or anybody else) bought the stock.


If you do not fully understand what I am telling you, I would suggest that you either speak with an attorney that is familiear with accounting and/or an accountant so that you fully understand the reporting of financial #s by WMI.
