You see, I believe some of the frightening language in YA's debt instruments were put there to protect themselves in case of Neom failure but not necessarially to be acted on in case of Neom success, but you folks have lived with YA much longer than I.
There could be a new movie coming out from Beacs...starring YA--and "Slum Dog Billionaire" might be a good title for it. I believe, with 2B plus shares in the public float (meaning us), YA will be minding its Ps & Qs to avoid SEC problems. Right, Clawmann? YJ. P.S. My favorite word remains disgorgement, at least until I see a $1 pps. :-)
