DD undoubtedly knew this and yet omitted it in an effort to cast the recent developments regarding IDIX in the best possible light.

How ironic.

When a biotech company does the same (obfuscate or omit pertinent data in an effort to cast THEIR cause in the most favorable possible light), Dew is their biggest critic.

And no, this thread is not about you. But it is about one of the stocks you have pumped for a long time - and today's events point to the obvious conclusion that the future prospects of its leading drug are in serious doubt, IMHO. To try and spin it otherwise seems disingenuous.

A big difference is IDX899 was an HIV drug and nvs has no presence in hiv.

NVS doesn’t have any presence in HCV either—unless you count Albuferon.

If NVS has concluded that Albuferon will be a commercial dud, its economic impetus for in-licensing other antiviral drugs goes down significantly.
