if you use some logic....they're probably picking this up at quite a discount....just like INEOS did with their biz plan as they grew to be a multi billion dollar company.....with internal transactions(i dunno)...

You are incorrect Earnest.. The company definitely has the ability to fund internally. In fact they have AT LEAST a quarter million dollars according to their financial statements. The "working capital deficit" as you call it is actual a normal and healthy accumulated shareholder deficit that an early stage company would have and has ABSOLUTELY no relation the the company's financial strength or its cash position to fund acquisitions. Nice try though... LOL
