This was not my “figuring”. I was quoting all numbers from Intel’s 3rd Q report.

You were superimposing your own speculation on the numbers:

the difference (30million shares) may have been used as bonus for the upper management. (worth $600.00 million).

Dear Doctor,
In basic accounting all bonus payments are accounted for before calculation of net income. If you go thru the typical earnings the executive bonus is typically spelt out in a separate section in the annual report. I will dig out that number later, but believe me it is not what you think.
