CSGH ,cant answer your question for sure ,but the MM generally rips people off..When the the spread is large ,he's buying the bid..I have never had any luck getting to much really low on the day..I have just paid up ,because i just love the company and management...Hudson the guy your talking about??
I agree it's strange. Look at the trades listed right here on IHub for CSGH. So far, 266 trades and only 17 are sells. However, the price is up only 2.35%?????
These MMs also watch the fundementals of stocks. They see a big gainer downstream and often realize that they don't have any shares to sell. Then they get forced to 'trade' sellers shares for buyers and don't make a dime off of the spread. They play games to accumulate. This action could be some of that.
