Exactly. And the simple test is to watch what happens to them when they get hit with an ask slap. Do they turn tail and hide when the momo is up, and only ask sit when the trading action is biased downward? If so, they're probably aggressively accumulating. If they were selling, they'd be selling into strength, not weakness.
