whatt so you are saying rcch will own a percentage of iws when and if it ever merges into a shell?? yet we will know nothing besides iws that rcch owns? financials for iws only and there still will be no transparency with the company we bought into!!! now explain to me how in the world that will help the pps of our stock!! there will be no cert recall, he obviously wants secrecy. the only way it looks like to make money is we would have to buy iws as soon as it trades. really how can you trust anything they say? i think my scenerio is more plausible than some of the ridiculous clames of dollars per share. hope im wrong but this company is not honorable!!!
RCC and RCCH are one in the same. The "H" stands for Holdings. RCCH will own a percentage of IWS when it goes public.
This is not a question of what RCC stands for it is about the difference between RCC/IWS and RCCH.
To claim that they are the same thing flies in the face of facts.
RCCH is a holding company with 10 billion shares authorized.
RCC/IWS is a wastewater treatment company with a separate stock structure. (One million shares registered in Colorado, but 500 million registered in Florida LOL)
Each company has its own website and both claim ownership of IWS.
Obviously the 'RCC" in both RCC/IWS and in RCCH are meant to convey some kind of connection but to suggest they are the same thing is ridiculous.
If RCCH 'owns' RCC/IWS then one is a subsidiary of the other. A company cannot be a subsidiary of itself.
As for being in the "Inner Circle", you have me confused with someone else!!!!
Then why do you make such claims? How can you know these things without a window into the company? Are you just making stuff up?
Train/RE: CEO
Mr Newton is alive and well and in complete charge of RCC/IWS at this point.
All should be hearing somethng from him in the very near future!!
