he won't do that though. this is a perfect cover-up. to all of you people who were arguing that "it's illegal for a company to do a buyback while simultaneously dilluting".... well maybe here's your answer.
it isn't illegal to dilute while the CEO buys. and since he's doing it through the same MM, how can we tell who the shares are specifically being purchased for?
