When they change holdings (up or down). Between 5 and 10% you have to file quarterly if changes are made. Above 10% you have to file within 10 days after a change in ownership occurs (either up or down).

since we know Furth was giving out shares to stock promoters, we know he went down some. did he likewise buy any?

rhino, according to Furth, neither he nor Levin had to file in the first place. When he was questioned why he didn't have to file, he didn't answer. He just said he didn't have to. He said he did because he wanted people to see how open he was. Take that for what it's worth.

Rumor has it that Levin started dumping two or three months ago. He supposedly advised a few of the promoters he knew that Moskowitz could not be trusted and everything was going to "blow up" with SPNG and it would serve them all best to bail. Looks like he had it right.


Well Furth and Levin both filed their 13G(s) last November. Now how often do they need to refile?
