I am not saying Moscowitz won't file, I am saying he is delaying his filing to the last minute to sell off as much as he can before the cat is out of the bag. As for how long he has, that I don't know.
I suspect that RME and Furth will not be filing because if what we believe is accurate regarding the O/S, neither is close to owning 5%. At 3 Billion shares or thereabouts you need to have 150 Million to equal 5%.
