based on what? I'd love to see this go higher....but I don't see that possibility without something concrete for enough investors to jump in and make it happen....CEO has abandoned this IMO....isn't it strange that he rebuffed a possible takeover on the shell for someone who wanted to change it into a gas and oil co....and now sits as a CFO for another company in that field?
