Shame on you! You haven't assigned any value to Neom. Perhaps you have not read many of my posts. IMO, a sale of Neom will NOT in any way reflect its current, or even near term, revenue strength. It will be based upon the future "perceived" value to the acquiring entity(ies) based upon certain fundamentals.
Newbies on this board should consider themselves particularly incapable of assigning a value to such a transaction as there is considerable information of which they are unaware.
However, this is JMO and you, and all iHubbers, are entitled to yours ;)
