How Can BCLE sell what is does not own? You say they don't own %100 of ABT, which may be true, but they are selling what they do own...and for $7M of stock. Our MKT cap at the open today was $1.5M. We were all asking for big contract numbers, well this just put roughly $7M in profit in our piggy bank. I don't understand why we go down as just got a deal done in concept that assure liquidity while we wait for the sales contracts to come through. It also means there will not be a need for any dilution during the wait either. All looks good to me, yet we go down. Maybe people will digest the news and we close green today.

Shipley also got money from friends and family in exchange for common shares.--Believe me China, news will be coming out to bring the stock price up.--This will end up positive or Shipley will be changing his name before the holidays.
