Yes roepieroepie, even if Neom is sold. Do not underestimate the power of the deal, and do NOT place boundaries around the structure of a deal that can take on a multitude of characteristics so long as all parties agree.
Should the company in fact be sold, among the many questions I would have, several obvious questions reside at the forefront of my mind such as "size of the acquiring entity(ies)," "the number of acquiring entities," "what % of the company is being sold," "at what price," and will it be a share swap, all cash deal, or a combination.
Anything can be negotiated and there are a number of scenarios that would make sense.
