If Alan would trough his shares on with us we would still be a less than 10 billion shares and I know of about another billion shares but that would still only make us at about 11 million shares and that is a lot short of what we would need to have a majority of the shares so unless there are a lot more shares holders out there we are going to be short of what we need in shares
