As we don't know the actual debt load for CPRK, I wouldn't call it profit. The costs per lbs copper of 1.10 USD only covers the operating costs. With the lack of information’s provided by CPRK nobody could even guess if the revenues would balance the debt load. I hope so, but that ”statement” is already speculative. Sorry if I sound a little bit confusing, English is not my native language.

Yes but their calculations could be before taxes.

CPRK will have sizable Losses to carry forward and may not owe any taxes for years to come.

That would mean al Net Earnings can be used any way they chose to.
