First, consider someone who wants 'just' 1Mil shares... if they were to buy them at market on Friday, they would have driven the price up to .45 in one trade... so those that want a lot of shares know that above market is acceptable and a standard for a good company and based on the TSE Market Book, they can get an 'estimate' of peoples asking prices...
Second, look at other diamond 'exploration' companies:
Remembering we still have a TON of property as an 'exploration' company, but will now have INCOME too as a mining company!
So I offer a comparision (from just the past few months, on another Canadian company 'JUST' exploring in Canada right now...
