~!~ If spng did so, wouldn't there have to be some sort of tender offer, or real buyout of all existing public shares perhaps by regulations/laws?
It also looks like a good move on the company's part to RS people into oblivion BEFORE going private... Then spng would only have to pay mostly company insiders and owners/officers instead of the long and strong. ugh.
