COMPANY is buying back shares. Putting shares on hold to give the new people in house.These shares will not be in float!

My guess is Dilution is part of acqusition. When PPL calls the TA they should ask for the FLOAT # to confirm. If float is not increasing then those might be restricted shares. I am down holding for news.

Chart says this is headed for .01, you should see buyers start coming in around .01 ...I have been watching this one since .02 You might wanna triple down at .01
