I did speak with Brad a while back ....
"Non-Disclosure Agreement," and "Can't coment on ongoing litigation," were two of his most used replies to my questions.
He did say that Kathy Bright was stupid, for getting into bed with LJCI.
I think I knew that already, though.
Brad sounded like a man with a vision.
IMHO, though, his vision does not take into account Past, Present, and possibly Future roadblocks to his path of success.
Lawsuits and, especially Judgements, just don't go away. They must be taken care of.
IMHO, RDXM should sell the "LICENSE" for the Challenger to a new entity (themselves), dissolve the RDXM Company, thru BK, and start anew.
