I'd give them the chance to lay down on the ground spread eagled. If anyone refused or tried to get up, well ... that's a different story! (All assuming I could get the drop on them in the first place ... if I couldn't, what you said would prevail!)
[edit] Gary, most folks don't realize that there is a war underway down here, right within out own borders. Even those "behind the lines" up in Phoenix don't really understand what is going on down here. I know. I used to live up there.
