I meant additional bailouts, following the ARRA bill. Also, n4807g gave some strong arguments on how further funding might be necessary, which I suppose would be on top of the unemployment benefit loans you mention.
No doubt, it's a bad situation. My point was merely that directly his blame towards Obama was misplaced.
