Peaking or peaked may be true. The exercising of 70M in warrants not true! Call the legal counsel Scott Tobin no warrants have been exercised. I'm not saying they won't be considering most of the warrant holders are wealthy and put up significant amounts of cash many are in the field themselves history says they won't be trying to cash in for pennies.
Remember if 70M was exercised tom. and they were all the company would net over 10 Million in cash!!
