The truth not my opinions is what counts. Go to the Yahoo message board for a translation of the letter. The letter alleges big losses and suffering by numerous old people. However, at the time of the letter GDBT was raising in price and there were no losses. This suggests a fraud or that the letter was talking about some other entity. However, even if the letter is valid it only says the Gansu office was closed. That by itself would have little or no effect on the profitability of the company for the reasons I have stated.
