PR department IMHO is not the problem. Its the sales and mkt dept that needs to get TECZ some new customers and the R&D dept to design and build products that will actually sell in volume to make $$$.
The last PR IMHO is more "fluff".
Check out ENA, already making hydrid drive systems, has some sales and some of its customers got DOE grants.
And, oh, yes, they are fully reporting.
Currently at 1.25. Word on the street is they may turn a profit next year.
Read todays news "Enova Confirms Delivery of 229 Systems in 3rd Quarter".
It appears someone else has already beaten TECZ in getting product to market. Remember patents dont mean much if you never get it into production.
I'm still waiting for Financial Reports MGT! Where are they?
IMHO the only financing TECZ is going to get at this point is
either a pay off from TM to go away (unlikely) or more toxic debt financing.
