Re: Obama is a proven consistent liar
Obama is pushing an agenda that some people in this country are threatened by.
- He's pushing for healthcare reform, which isn't popular among the health insurance lobbies
- He's pushing for financial regulation, which isn't popular among the banking industry
- He's pushing new legislation to address climate change, which isn't popular among the oil companies
- He's pushing for civil rights, which aren't popular among the anti-gay or pro-life movements
He's pushing for change, and that has made a lot of enemies.
Those enemies have been throwing mud at him since he entered office, they criticize everything he does, and endlessly spin every action as a bad move for the country.
If you choose to base all of your opinions on rhetoric coming from that side, then you will probably believe that Obama is a proven liar, when in reality, he's fulfilling the same campaign promises that got him voted into office - and the people who voted for him love him for that.
