You really have no idea what you blather on about do you. Well we first had inspectors there everyone agreed that Saddam had destroyed 95% of his stock and we did not know at the time he actually destroyed all of it as his records (as well as our very own records of wmd) were not very accurate. Often times during the first inspections they would get an idea of where they were headed and in some cases would not let them in.
We pulled them out in 1998 prior to the bombings.
They went back in prior to the invasion and had free reign to go where ever they wanted and we could have put 10,000 inspectors in there but that would not have been in the best interests of the warmongers who resided in the white house at the time.
Oh and in case you don't know by now - Saddam did give the UN as much as he knew. To say the inspectors were not being cooperated with prior to the invasion is tantamount to someone yelling - I have no freaking clue what I'm talking about.
