Confirmed! I have two separate orders in at .17, placed well BEFORE market opened, with 2 different MMs, but neither orders received so much as 1 of those 2K shares just traded.
CLEARLY, CTGI is being manipulated, which includes Chart manipulation, by MMs in the least, as well as most likely, members of this board.
Plain...and simple.
Again, I strongly advise CTGI investors to lock their shares up, in GTC sell orders at VERY handsome premiums!!!
