I haven't been able to confirm the actual float but there is no doubt that new shares are hitting the open market...
You don't get the price action we have seen recently without dilution IMO...
Maybe someone else can give you more "proof" but my calls into QASP and computershare fail to give me any float updates, but QASP also does not deny dillution
