He did mention that it can take as many as 25 iterations of a PR before all of the parties agree on the wording.

That's a lot of trips through legal, project management, and the business management offices.

GIBBER: Got a question. I posted a while back the difficulty in getting PRs done when working with the big dogs (HP etc), that is, approval to include their name etc. My question then is: the financials should be out near or around November 18th. Since it is a financial instrument (statement), what would keep them from mentioning the big dog's names in their financials coming in November?
