Steady_T, to piggyback on Smooth's answer...

Great answer! Apparently, Richard and Jonathan both must know what both are owning with owning shares in EVRM which apparently is at a huge discount considering what they did the deal for. This is apparently what is known to them, but pending to be known to us in the public. I see this and I am willing to take my chances to believe them.

Also, "potential" is the #1 reason why any of us buy a stock. When any of us buy a stock today, we are doing so because we believe that it has the "potential" to be trading at some higher price for gains for us or otherwise, we wouldn't even buy that stock.

The greater the "potential" valuation that is revealed in a stock, the greater the chances of the price going up in that stock by investors buying that are attracted to the stock. Then after going up on "potential" valuation, the stock will or should fundamentally maintain certain price appreciations after certain "actual" valuation have been captured.

This is where the fundamental valuation assessment to derive an EPS comes into play as I had posted earlier in the link below:

This post explains the variety of ways for interpreting a P/E Ratio as the multiple with the EPS:

Sounds reasonable to me...but trying to understand the value of the Biometric technology, assuming there have been zero installs anywhere that anyone here can point to, must make one wonder about the value of that technology..or it makes me wonder about it that is.
