While the cement manufacturers continue to rise -- along with other building-materials companies, such as wallboard maker USG (NYSE: USG) and aggregates producers Martin Marietta Materials (NYSE: MLM) and Vulcan Materials (NYSE: VMC) -- I'm watching China Shuangji Cement Ltd. especially closely. Despite its recent progress, I'm convinced that it's one Chinese company that could still get much hotter.
