Exactly. We should definitely check the letters received versus the list on the Alliance and call out those who failed. IMHO, it is absolutely ridiculous if you are a shareholder and did not send in a letter (certified with return receipt). I love my family too, work many hours, travel internationally, etc. In fact, it is my love for my family that made me stay up late one night to make sure I got it done and then skipped lunch the next day to mail it. There is still time. Get 'er done people!!
Could you please share with me how attaching ones legal name, home address and email address to the Alliance filing that requests the creation of an Equity Committee constitutes not giving a shit? People have put their name and other personal information on record with the court. Mine is on there. I have not sent an individual letter. I have sent an email to the Trustee and the Judge.
There I have outed myself. Ease up on the "calling people out" rhetoric.
