Yikes. Let's get this rally going, then. I think from COMP 1850. We're not quite there, yet. They're all lathered up now about INTC, so tomorrow maybe we retrace some of the losses of the past few days, but imo, we have more down before a bottom.

In fact, I think your "original" prediction of around 1850 will prove to be very close. It was that headfake, that got the turnips, methtinks. We'll find out. Anyway, that's my story, and I'm sticking to it. (g)

Thanks Zeev......I can see that possiblity.......I just dont see how Crude can "rally explosively" if we have a consumer-lead recession?

"consumer led recession could have been delayed, but I think Welles is right, we should start and feel a recession around mid year next year, that means the current map with a February nassacre is probably not too far"

I think your right but others seem to disagree.

Recession could start as soon as Jan 1, 2005. Surely MSFT helped write some of these generous IRS rules.

I contemplating how much to more to build out my companies infrastructure in last 2 months of year to offset profits in a very good business year since I've done well from corporate IT buildout.

Also, corporate tax receipts for 2005 were estimated by GPO to rival 2000 numbers in magnitude.

Howeverm yesterday, Congress slashed by $137 B over next 10 years some of those predicted Texas style kick ass corporate tax receipts.

Zeev, given your February start for a Nassacre, when do you guess the bottom for that run will be reached?
