Well we Know we have / OWN an Asset value stated @ ~ $80 to $100 million....divided that by 1.2 billion A/S and Multiply by 10 to be conservative

comes to a present value...$0.67 minimum ($80 mill factored 10x )...fwiw..top side ~$1.50 ( $100 mill factored 18x )as it Now stands

and it is trading 0.028 ....go figure!!
