It will most likely be handled the same way as the Alliance, preliminary emails to gather info for interest, and if enough confirmed we move to the next step. I have talked to one lawyer who said his clients would be willing to lighten their load by letting him retain other parties and split the cost but we are nowhere near there yet so I politely declined at the time.
You need to take some time and educate yourself about some of the basic bankruptcy law concepts and go from there. I would advise first fighting your own fight and if that doesn't work, then you will have to be very careful in hiring an attorney.
