I believe that the market acts on rumor and fear a lot of the time and the rumor is we're getting 4B back tomorrow. With that in mind we should be moving unless that is indeed not going to be the case as some are now saying we won't know until next week.
Next week it'll be the same. I guess what I'm saying is the proof is in the PPS and right now, the proof looks pretty sad.
