The investor who put $570K @ $.15 did not make such a good buy by going wholesale from the share factory. I think it was done to fund the company and when we know who it was, we will know more about why.

It is not that difficult to hire a lawfirm. Let's not lose sight of the fact that Zenergy has done nothing in three years and no filing says differently.
