Do you know the deal Zell got for leaving? Do you know if someone, perhaps his wife, is ill? Is it possible that those are truthful reasons and Zell feels confident in leaving the company in Dean's hands?

Yeah I saw that yesterday on Quasar's website about Marty Zell's resignation and it puzzled me as well why it would be announced their and not through a normal PR. Also why resign now when they are just about to supposedly close these bigtime deals?

So why is Lisa Beltros and a few others from the original lawsuit still on board with Dean? And why would those who fought to take control of the former shell from its criminal principles have anything to do with Quasar if it were no different than the former company they filed suit against?

Marty's roll was to find a suitable company and work closely with them through the acquisition on behalf of the EQUR shareholders. Nothing more, nothing less. It is unfortunate that family issues caused him to resign. And it is unforgiveable to insinuate otherwise!

Curious if your postion on this stock has changed with the recent PR releases. You have been an advocate of balance on the board(Cheers vs Jeers) with a little more substance than most posters in your comments. With the diluted stock, did that include any of your restricted shares being released? Would have PM'd for this answer, but for some reason I can't.
