Why doesn't someone call HQ like I did and get an updated status of what they do and do not have in Escala, etc.?

Why do you call this a fledgling stock. This is an old well-worn stock printing scheme. The guy in charge has personally overseen the printing of nearly 35 billion shares himself.

There are lots of fledgling stocks out there, many with honest management really trying to make a go of things. Do you think this qualifies? Shucks.
