R/S's are common in OTC land.. if you can't deal with a discussion of the possibilities of it and how it may affect your investment(s) than that's too bad.

Frank would not be the first CEO to R/S after saying he wouldn't...

Again, we hope that doesn't happen... but it does invite discussion and analysis...
