The person I spoke with at the TA was Phoebe. She just happened to answer the phone.
You have to call 303-262-0678 to get the Essential Registry Team. When I have called a different number or press 0 to get to the operator, a lot of times you end up getting connected to someone who doesn't seem to know how to get you the information.
