This is a a pink sheet stock...

With billions of shares outstanding... whether you like it or not, the possibility of an R/S is very relevant discussion here, despite what Frank has said in the past.

We know that Frank has said it won't happen, but that in itself is no guarantee...

When the A/S was raised it became very relevant again...

perhaps he will re-affirm his position on this matter during the conf. call

The prospect of an R/S is not pleasant, but we can't just ignore the very real possibility of it...
