There is no evidence that Falconhead Capital wants anything to do with the "shell" .

The fact that GPS Industries Inc. is now GPS Industries LLC in Delaware should be a red flag.

Have you contacted Falconhead Capital? or Larry S. Hyman?

Komando Robot...

With your GPSNQ thoughts, I am wondering the same and a couple of other thoughts too. I just went through the GPSNQ court dockets within my Pacer account to read their filings. The equity is not going to be used for the emergence of the previous GPSNQ assets out of BK.

However, if you are saying that GPSNQ is going to emerge with different assets placed into them, then the personnel involved with closing the BK could know nothing about such as it is none of their interest. Maybe somehow this could be organized by the control being redistributed separate from the BK crew knowing about it. I guess it would be like having a free shell to place another entity into. I’m guessing that this is what you are trying to say?

Some say that the price going up with these BK stocks when the equity is not being used for emergence within that stock is something to do with the books balancing although I am not the one to debate as to why or if such actually takes place. SHSNQ had gone from .0002 to .04 per share to settle in the range of .0097 per share even after everyone knowing that the equity was going to get wiped out.

Still, all BK stocks are very risking and the next PR should confirm much here with GPSNQ. Normally when the equity is wiped out, it eventually ceases to trade although it pops a few times before such happen as like with SHSNQ which was the last BK stock I was in. Normally, you definitely see it in some form of a PR by the company as they know that your average person do not have a Pacer account to go in to read the court dockets of a company. I guess that’s what really enticed me to throw a little lunch money here to take the risk.

I guess I will keep holding to see what materializes... good or bad. Thanks for your input.
